Since 1982,when Work-technic education was formally incorporated into the national teaching plan,it has experienced more than 30 years of construction and development.During that period,many scholars have made efforts and contributions to improve the teaching effect of labor and technology education.During the internship in the Work-technic Center of Shanghai,I still found a phenomenon that made some negative impact to the learning effect in the labor classroom.The strong characteristics of the Work-technic classroom prompted students to "do".During that process,students would encounter various obstacles.Then when a number of students asked a teacher for different problems at the same time,though the teacher being busy like ants on the wok,he or she still couldn't take into account to every student.Students were too dependent on teachers and had no correspond to the solutions of problems,often a long calling,waiting for the teacher.If students waiting for a long time,the problem still not resolved,the student's interest in learning and the progress of the work will be affected,thus affecting the overall teaching efficiency.So I reconstructed the teaching process of the high school's Work-technic classroom with the composite textbook based on the bracketed teaching theory.The resources were presented in students' own hands,so that students could solve the problem autonomously by the composite materials embedded in the bracket(microvideo,etc.)in the hands-on process.So as to analyze and verify the validity of their learning after reconstructing.I first elaborated on the research background,research questions,research contents,research methods and expected research results and innovation points.And then combed the application of composite textbooks in the field of education and the status quos of teaching effects improvements in the Work-technic education research,with the subject of the relevant teaching theory described.And then according to the framework of teaching ideas,I analyzed pre-teaching,planned compound textbooks under the high school Work-technic classroom teaching process.I focused on the single-chip courses to design and develop composite textbooks and the establishment of teaching effectiveness evaluation system.Finally,taking a Work-technic Center in Shanghai as an experimental base,designing the comparative research process,preparing the experimental group of teaching media,starting specific practice and data collection.And according to the high school labor classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation system and standard,observing and analyzing how this reconstruction can improve the teaching effect.The study found that the introduction of composite materials,to a certain extent,help teachers away from the previous classroom phenomenon,but also help students peer learning according to their own progress and deepen the understanding of key knowledge.This study provides a new perspective for improving the teaching effect of the high school Work-technic education.
