The traditional paper and pencil test can not detect the rich and complex tasks that should be in the core of the course.With its relative,or that is in the evaluation system,as the evaluation of the traditional paper and pencil test method is added,the current reform of basic education in particular attention to performance evaluation(Performance Assessment).In fact,performance evaluation as an evaluation method and not what happens,cause of concern is the emphasis of the performance assessment in the current reform of evaluation,and in order to support the reform of the system,so as to change the teaching and curriculum,students' learning.The hypothesis is that performance assessment can promote the teaching and learning process,and can improve students' learning.People actively explore and practice of performance evaluation,it is believed that performance assessment has the potential to detect the traditional paper and pencil test is difficult to detect the advanced cognitive ability,emotion,attitude and other important educational results;and,in the eyes of many educators,compared with the traditional paper and pencil test,performance assessment can on students' learning and teachers' teaching constitutes a positive impact.At the same time,it can promote the integration of standard teaching evaluation and bring positive influence to the teaching of teachers.The performance evaluation task in classroom teaching is based on the traditional paper and pen test,which is to test the core goal of the curriculum standard.Therefore,students complete the process of evaluation task,and it is also a valuable learning process.In this study,a variety of research methods,theory and practice are combined to analyze the performance evaluation strategies of primary school mathematics.Through consulting the related literatures at home and abroad,the basic ideas of the research on the performance evaluation strategies of primary school mathematics are formed on the basis of a preliminary understanding of academic evaluation,performance tasks and performance evaluation.Through questionnaires,stars and SPSS software,we select the first line mathematics teachers as the respondents,to understand the difficult problems and suggestions that they make in the performance evaluation,and to provide practical basis for the study.The study found that most teachers are not unfamiliar with performance evaluation,and there is not much experience in designing expressive tasks and applying performance evaluations.The key factor is to promote the teaching evaluation,in teaching,teachers can deduce the students reach the goal according to the extent of classroom assessment,so as to make the next decision based on the data,this is the "data driven teaching".According to the performance task designed by the study result and the explicit evaluation index,the teacher's inference is simple,reliable and effective.Teachers can use the results of these inferences to re-examine their own teaching,thereby adjusting teaching.The implementation of performance evaluation can be divided into preparation stage,implementation stage and summary stage.The preparation stage is mainly divided into three parts of evaluation objectives,design performance design tasks and scoring rules;the implementation stage is mainly divided into teaching activities will be adjusted to the performance tasks,to help students understand the scoring rules and make full use of scoring rules to provide guidance timely,continuous and effective activities;the summary stage to the existence of the problem of inadequate place to rectify.Through the case study,let the facts speak,by counting the class' s favorite elf wings,according to the age characteristics of the two year students and the statistical knowledge learned,design performance tasks.Let students go through the statistical process of data collection,classification,counting,data presentation,etc.,and work out the bar chart independently,and answer the questions according to the bar chart.Teachers of students in the course of action(emotional attitude,actively participate in the activities of the initiative method,not afraid of difficulties and hard and polite)and cooperation(active cooperation with the students and helping students,listen carefully to the views and opinions of the students,class and team learning,learning skills(Contributions)activity plan rigorous preparation,data analysis,draw the beautiful deftly collected)practice activities of six parts,and the results show the final impressions,detailed analysis and evaluation of students' performance.In order to give students more power,the more suitable learning methods,performance evaluation strategy should be based on the evaluation of different goals and tasks using different evaluation methods,to promote students' learning progress,let students actively participate in mathematics activities to experience some mathematical process,so as to enrich the cognitive structure.
