Based on the textbook of compulsory education published by Shanghai Education Publishing House(the sixth edition of 2009 edition),the "reading" and "accumulating" modules and the "comprehensive study" of the eight teaching materials "learning suggestions" This paper analyzes the distribution of the general ability of Chinese textbooks in junior middle schools in Shanghai,and hopes that on the basis of empirical research,according to the curriculum standards and the rules of students’ cognition,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the scientific teaching of Chinese textbooks level.It is found that the reading,expression,accumulation module and comprehensive learning of Chinese textbooks in junior middle school provide different levels of support for students’ general cognitive ability development.The specific proportions are 20.46%,11.59%,0.9%,18.18 %.In contrast,the reading module provides the most guidance for the development of general cognitive ability.Overall,the general learning suggestion of this module shows a certain degree of gradient in the distribution of the four grades.The general learning suggestion of the other three modules Of the higher degree of dispersion,the distribution ratio to the ninth grade tilt.In addition,most of the general requirements of the four modules are not detailed enough,and the procedural guidance provided to the students is inadequate.
