The TH Magical Tree House was set up by college English teacher in 2014,which locate on campus.It is an education center that devotes to construct bilingual learning community surrounding,the objective of the center is to provide the high quality English learning setting for 2?12 years old,and that a small picture gallery is established in the center is its feature.In recent year,the development of early childhood education has aroused enough attention,the viewpoint of children learning English as early as possible has been emergence.Children's English training market occupies a great share(60%)in the current English training market in China.Because of the low threshold of the children's English training,and the relatively large profit margins,all kinds of training institutions have flocked to seize the market;the competition between them is becoming more and more intense.So,the Tree House needs to construct a perfect modern marketing strategy to deal with the complex market surrounding,and using advanced marketing concept to improve customer satisfaction,to continue increase business performance,has become important research topics for the TH Magical Tree House.In view of the present status of development of Children's English training and English picture gallery,the market surrounding of the Tree House is concrete elaboration and analysis using the Pest Analysis,then the peripheral competitive surrounding of the Tree House is analysis using the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.Accordingly,the marketing strategy is drawn up fully.Taking the strengths and weaknesses,the opportunities and threats of the center as research object,the innovation marketing strategies is put forward using SWOT analysis method.We also analyze the market demand of the center,the market segmentation of the center demand,the target market selection and market positioning based on the STP marketing strategy method.Then coupled with 4Ps marketing theory,we put forward a new marketing strategy which includes the concrete product strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy and channel strategy in order to realize the marketing promotion of the TH Magical Tree House.The purpose of the study is to solve the practical problems of the Tree House about the market expanding.The research results can help the TH Magical Tree House to get better development and expansion on the current market about their business English training and English Picture Gallery.At the same time it can provide certain reference value for the development of the training center.
