In the current social environment,high school students face a great psychological pressure,the psychological pressure of high school students from parents,from students themselves,from school,from the community,parents to their children grow up,the students themselves desire,and school has the baton of transition rate,the society also has academic aspects of students and school measurement.In many reasons,the unit test,the monthly test,the final examination,the final examination,the examination and other tests of the test results,resulting in the majority of students in the three years of study in high school,a string of results,withstanding tremendous psychological pressure.Therefore,how to guide high school students in a good attitude and a positive way to alleviate the great pressure from education is an important task of the family,school and society.With the continuous practice of social work theory in social life,the case work,team work and community work methods in social work methods are maturing day by day.The team work method is one of the more important and comparative working methods.in the high school students pressure to alleviate this social work,the team work method is more collaborative and interesting,students are more acceptable.This study selected the team work as the basic method,through the establishment of team and multiple team interaction,on the one hand try to ease the academic pressure of high school students to help high school students return to balance learning;On the other hand,explore the role of group work in relieving high school students’ academic pressure,expand the service area of social work.The whole paper consists of five parts: the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the research background of the paper and the proposition of the problem,the significance,methods and ideas of the study.The second part is the current situation of secondary school stress and its mitigation needs assessment.The third part is the theory and method of group work application in high school students’ academic stress relief.The fourth part is to try to use the team work method to implant the psychological pressure relief of high school students.The fifth part is the suggestion and reflection.Through the working practice of the group,combined with the team work theory,this paper analyzes the feasibility of relieving high schoolstudents’ academic pressure,and finds some problems needing attention in practice.
