Research On Humanistic Care In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

The 18 th CPC National Congress has clearly put forward that “We should strengthen and improve the ideological and political work.Meanwhile,it is important that we should pay more attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling,and cultivate the social mentality of self-respect,self-confidence,rational and positive attitude.” This points out the way for the ideological politics education for the university student.College students have their own characteristics and development,who are the special social groups in China.The ideological and political education for college students of the new period should be paid much more attention because the growth of college students needs talent.We should take the humanistic care into the ideological and political education to promote the all-round development of college students.For the various reasons,China’s higher education often neglects the status and function of humanistic care in the university’s ideological and political education.They cannot effectively implement the humane care into caring,cultivating,shaping people,and improving the effect and function to people.This paper aims vigorously at the ideological and political education for college students,on the basis of the related concepts of humanistic care parsing,to find out the problems which the ideological and political education concern,to analyze the causes of these problems and try to put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the humanistic care for the university students’ ideological and political education.It aims to improve the affection of the theory of the university students’ ideological and political education for the humanistic care.The paper has been divided into three parts:The first part puts forward a general overview of the university’s ideological and political education for the humanistic care.It mainly expounds the connotation and rationale of the education humanistic concern,and followed points out the important significance of education of humanistic care.The second part makes the analysis of the lacking performance of the university’s ideological and political education.It points out that it is not very specific that the college students’ ideological and political education neglects the subjectivity of thecollege students,which is only the form of humanistic care and the indifference of the relationship between teachers and students.Therefore,it has made an analysis on these issues which perform lacking in the college students’ ideological and political education,the good environment for humane care,and the lack of emotional relationship between teachers and students and so on.The third part points the countermeasures of the university students’ ideological and political education of humanistic care.It puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of changing the concept of ideological and political education,building up the humanistic solicitude in ideological and political education environment,improving the quality of the ideological and political educators,establishing and improving the ideological and political education mechanism of humanistic care,according to university student’s ideological and political education humanistic care,the problem and the reason.
