Functional Behavioral Assessment And Intervention Studies Of Adolescent Problem Behaviors In Autistic Children

Just like all children,Autistic children would experience Adolescent development and the germination of sexual consciousness.But,there are many obstacles to autistic children,they are prone to many problem behavior.Such as,the Problem behavior about masturbation and Improper heterosexual contact.This research use the<Study on the Behavioral Function of Adolescent Children in Autistic Children>,Selected Seven children with autism as the object In Dalian.Measure the scale of the guardian,talk to head teacher and teacher.Select the more typical two children with autism to intervene.describe the types of the autistic children with adolescent problem behaviors,Intervention of autistic children and analyze the results.According to the study,conclusion as below:1.Autism children adolescent problem behavior is mainly Divided into two categories:one is not properly heterosexual contact(too close to the opposite sex;touch the opposite sex;Smell the opposite sex;disguised clothes),another is the Problem behavior about masturbation(exposure to body parts;touch,rubbing genitals;off pants;Masturbation in public places).In this kind of problem behavior,The highest proportion is touch,rubbing genitals(37.80%),the lowest proportion is disguised clothes(2.87%).2.Autism children adolescent problem behavior has four main functions:sensory stimulation,get attention,escape,get the item.The main function of inappropriate heterosexual contact is:Sensory stimulation and get attention;The main function of Masturbation related to the behavior is sensory stimulation.3.Use the former control,behavioral instruction and teacch to intervene in the subjects,the effect of intervention was significant.Reduced problem behavior.Use the former control,interrupted the reaction and Social story to intervene the object.the effect of intervention was significant.For the above conclusions,the study suggests:facing the needs of autistic children’s adolescent physiological Strengthening the study of functional behavior assessment in special education;to explore how to create a more appropriate environment for autistic children;methods of assessing and correcting the behavior of effective autistic children;increase parental coping ability...
