"Human—Oriented" educational current is produced in the humanism sport.With the development of the self-improving society,it needs the educational workers to do human-centered in the teaching process.This current has become a unignore part of our Chinese national policy in the society education work and daily life.As the globalization's improving,education is transforming "Book-Oriented" Academic Education into "Human—Oriented" Creative Ability Education.In the teaching process,its principle status is becoming more and more necessary under the claim of the new course reforms.The new course reforms have lasted for about fifteen years.Certainly,as the hard-working by the mates from generation to generation,we've made a great progress in the result.However,there still be some unnatural part in the country middle school English-teaching management process.The changing from exam-oriented to quality oriented is still in the difficult situation because of the huge enrolment pressure,and the big difference between the city and country students.There still be some causes that reflect the implement of the educational thought,such as the teachers quality's difference and the engorgement to the students'self-improvement.As a result,this research has been used into the teaching process,and then to solve some problems that has truly happened in the daily life.This paper's background is the development of the "human-oriented" education thought.By reading the researchers,theory in the past,I identify the educational idea.In the past few months,I've interviewed different subject teachers from different country school,and collected thousands of data reports.Analyzing the data,I classify it and make a summary.Then we've found that we should solve the problems case by case.In other words,each problem has its own background and reason,so they need to be solved in the specific way owning to themselves.What we teachers should do is that:First,make a democratic and mutual respective relationship between teachers and students.Second,create a harmonious classroom atmosphere.Third,improve leaders and teachers' individual quality.Last but not the least,strengthen the family-school collaboration.We teacher should give up self-centered thought;let the students to be the character of the class.In the process of the classroom management,teachers and students should cooperate with each other as a team,at the same time;they should also respect each other.This research combines the history of classroom teaching management study,follows the "human-oriented" education theory and use psychology,sociology,management and other knowledge to depth analyze the classroom teaching management.It has proposed the more completed English middle school classroom teaching management strategy.We hope that we could truly focus on the students in it.
