Teaching evaluation is an important link of teaching reform.The two phase of Shanghai City,with the deepening of curriculum reform,primary school moral education curriculum reform entered a substantive stage,teaching evaluation of primary school moral education curriculum has become a bottleneck problem of moral education curriculum in primary school teaching quality.Therefore,the reform of teaching evaluation is imperative.This article attempts to to the teaching evaluation as a breakthrough,according to the new curriculum for primary school moral education concept,follow the modern students moral development rules and characteristics of science,morality and society classroom teaching evaluation of the new curriculum for primary school moral education research and practice,tries to probe into the evaluation of research learning based.On the basis,the establishment of new teaching evaluation under the background of the new curriculum concept,establishment of teaching evaluation system in accordance with the new curriculum of moral education in primary school in Shanghai city in two stage of curriculum reform.Teaching evaluation has the guidance and feedback function,establish new teaching evaluation mechanism is also conducive to promoting the transformation of teachers’ teaching concept and behavior,to promote the new curriculum unceasingly to construct perfect,make the classroom teaching activities,so as to promote the professional development of teachers,promote the formation of students’ good moral and social development.
