School-based research is new concept that based on "school-based training" and "school-based research",it's a new way of professional development for teachers in the school.According to the needs of the development of the school and its teachers,teachers as the main body,surrounded the problem in education and teaching to develop study and research activity is becoming an effective way to teachers' professional development.With balanced development of foundation education,deepening of curriculum reform,?the rural teachers support plan(2015-2020)?etc,release of a series of national policy,rural school school-based research importance is more outstanding.There is a bigger difference and imbalance between City schools and village school school-based research and,the author take northern anhui as example,combining his own first-line teaching experience in Wan Bei for many years,through the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews etc other forms of northern anhui rural school school-based research situation,put forward useful suggestions for our province's?rural teacher support plan(2015-2020)?in northern anhui rural school school-based research effective implement.Papers has four parts.The introduction including background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods and definition.The first chapter is mainly about the basic theory of school-book study and theoretical basis for detail.The second chapter is described rural teacher school-based research status,analysis of the questionnaire shows that northern anhui rural school school-based research problems are as follows: the teachers training become a mere formality,study and research teaching get away,lack of professional guidance,research forms a single.According to school-based research by the analysis of existing problems.The third chapter mainly according to the state and?the support plan of anhui province?in northern anhui rural school school-based research effective fall to the ground,the implementation of needs analysis from the build good training learning atmosphere,school-based research content,form and operation mechanism of four aspects,proposed countermeasures.
