Objective In order to further explore the influence of the altitude training on female rowers body function and sports ability,and found the changing pattern of altitude training on physiological and biochemical indicators to provide a more scientific basis of scientific guidance rowing program.Method This paper chose 9 female athletes from Tianjin rowing team preparing for National Games of the People's Republic of China.Detectioon of related physiological and biochemical indexes about altitude training before,after and during training,analysis the effects of altitude training on physical functio of female rowers and changing evaluation and test results of its phase.Results A)Compared with the preparation phase at high altitude,WBC?RBC?HCT and Hb content was significantly higher,but blood glucose decreased significantly(p<0.05),and the other indicator did not change.B)Than before the plateau on plateau training tertiary load test and 2000 m test of lactic acid were significantly lower(p<0.01),2000 m acceleration test blood lactate recovery rate(p<0.01).But average power loss in the 2000 m test,test scores down.C)After altitude training,4mmol/L,and 2mmol/L significantly increased the power of lactic acid(p<0.05),heart rate decreased significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion A)The altitude training can significantly increase the female rowers of RBC,HCT,Hb content and number of WBC,shows altitude training can enhance the body's ability to transport oxygen,and immune function.B)Altitude training and adjustment after the plateau phase,blood sugar decreased,indicating that glucose metabolism during training can increase,suggesting that training should be attention to the sugar.C)During altitude training,indexes related to physical function of female rowers were within the normal range,but in altitude training 4th week of red blood cells and white blood cell indices declined,showed that after 3 weeks of intensive training,player fatigue may occur,suppressed immune function.D)1th week after altitude training,athlete's physical decline,2000 m test score lower.Adjustment after the plateau phase,blood lactate threshold power increased,heart rate decreased lactic acid decreased significantly during the tertiary load test,2000 m test significantly faster lactate recovery rate in the process,athletes ' aerobic capacity is effectively promoted.
