Objective:on the basis of high alttitude training in 2006 winter,the national rowing team's high alttitude training adopt 8 weeks'model.The aim of training is at improving ability of aerobic.The Hi-Lo training model took 4 weeks'international classical model.The study was aim to analyse elite women rower's physiological evaluating indces on altitude training.Method: During the long term training, We tested and analyzed systematically some physiological and biochemical indices including Hr, Weight, Hb, Bun, T, and AT4 Curving,Training quantity; Also, we analyzed the indices to evaluate and monitor the training session; We analyzed the training content, volume and intensity systematically and statistically.Result:1, lightweight—women rower 's heart rates in the morning has significant correlation to training quantity in Hi-Hi (P<0.05) .Open—women rower's heart rates in the morning has significant correlation to training quantity in Hi-Lo (P<0.05) .2, Light—women rower 's weight in the morning has significant correlation to training quantity in Hi-Lo (P<0.05) 3, Percentage of fatness' change has significant correlation to training quantity in Hi-Lo (P<0.05) 4, Bu of light and open women rowers in the morning has significant correlation to training quantity in Hi-Hi and Hi-Lo (P<0.05) .5, Hb of the whole rowers enhanced in Hi-Hi and Hi-Lo (P<0.05) .6, By rowing ergo meter's three statement testing ,ability of aerobic improve evidently by Hi-Hi (P< 0. 05) ,no happened in the Hi-Lo.Conclusion: 1,In three low oxygen concentration training ,Heart rate, Weight ,HB, BU, etc have significant correlation to training quantity per day to prove their importance on evaluating the rowers' condition. 2,By rowing ergometer's three statement testing ,ability of aerobic improve evidently by Hi-Hi (P<0. 05) .3,Between every two indices have no significant correlationg, we can concluded that we must analyze indices compositely to evaluate the rowers' condition.
