Purpose: Chinese Rowing Team firstly apply the Three-weeks Altitude Trainingin different phase in the year pattern during the prepared for the2012LondonOlympic Games.By monitoring the double sculls athletes’s The physiological index、Aerobic capacity、five elements,to discuss the best altitude training for ChineseRowing athletes and serving as scientific base for Chinese Rowing Team’sdevelopment in the future.Subjects and methods of the research:18double sculls female and maleathletes who are prepared for the2012London Olympic Games. Systematicmonitoring of the athletes’ physiological state changes,and analyze it in combinationwith the performace in the different training stage.Results:1、Under the three-times three-week altitude training pattern,the curveof the first and second time altitude training haven’t right shift.,the curve of the thirdtime have right shift.The curve have right shift under the eight-week altitude trainingpattern.2、 The value of man、 woman rowers’ Hemoglobin and CreatinePhosphokinase during the three time three-week altitude training are higher than thevalue before altitude training,and the peak produced in the third week. We find thatthe negative correlation between Hemoglobin and the anaerobic lactate thresholdpower is not clearly (the man rowers and the woman rowers’pearson correlation are0.039(P=0.942>0.05) and-0.477(P=0.339>0.05).The pearson correlation betweenHemoglobin and aerobic lactate threshold power are-0.117(P=0.825>0.05)and-0.742(P=0.091>0.05).The pearson correlation between Creatine Phosphokinaseand the anaerobic lactate threshold power are0.451(P=0.369>0.05) in man、0.571(P=0.237>0.05) in woman through the three times training,the correlation is notobviously.The pearson correlation between Creatine Phosphokinase and the aerobiclactate threshold are0.194(P=0.713>0.05)in man,0.383(P=0.454>0.05) in woman,the correlation also is not obviously.The value of Hemoglobin will go up under theeight altitude training,the peak produced in the fifth week.3、During the three timethree-week altitude training,the value of man、woman rowers’ microelement willdrop.Conclusion:The aerobic capacity of the athlete haven’t improve obviously underthe three time three-week altitude training,only the third time have improved.Thereason maybe is the overlay effect of the first and second traing.Compared with thethree-week altitude training,the aerobic capacity of the athlete increase obviouslyunder the eight-week altitude training.2、The value of the man、woman rowers’ Hemoglobin and Creatine Phosphokinase are increasing gradually and the peakproduced in the third week during the three-week altitude training.Under theeight-week altitude training, The value of the man、woman rowers’ Hemoglobin andCreatine Phosphokinase are increasing gradually and the peak produced in the fifthweek.3、Magnesium、Oron element lose obviously during three time three-weekaltitude training.Copper、Zinc、Calcium、Magnesium element will decrease indifferent extent under the eight-week altitude training.While male athlete Calcium、Magnesium element decrease obviously,female athlete Copper、Calcium、Magnesiumdecrease obviously.4、The difference of T/C between the before and after altitudetraining aren’t obviously.The value of T/C have increase little after the eight-weekaltitude training,We can deduce the condition of athlete is good after the eight-weekaltitude training.
