Research On The Set Of Movements In The 13th And 14th World Aerobics Championships

With the continuous development of competitive aerobics,the technical level of the national team athletes is increasing and the competition is more intense.In 2014 thirteenth World Aerobics Championships,Chinese team won the fourth prize in the mixed doubles project.In2016 fourteenth World Aerobics Championships,Chinese team achieved a historic breakthrough and won the third prize in the mixed doubles project.In order to promote the development of China's competitive aerobics mixed doubles project,under the guidance of the 2013 edition of Competitive Aerobics Competition Rules,this paper takes Chinese sports teams in the thirteenth and fourteenth World Aerobics Championships mixed doubles project and the world's top three teams a total of seven sets of complete sets of actions as the research object.Using the method of literature,video observation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the results of competition and movement creation and completion between the Chinese team and the top three teams in thirteenth and fourteenth World Aerobics Championships mixed doubles project,in order to find out the Chinese team's strengths and weaknesses,and provide theoretical support for the development of China's mixed doubles project.The results show that:1.The Fourteenth World Aerobics Championships mixed doubles project overall strength is higher than that of the thirteenth and the overall strength of the team China increased,can choose the difficult movement of high scores in creating,but complete choreography art with low scores.2.For these two World Championships,Countries in addition to Hungary have adopted the model “2-1-5-2” in terms of difficulty and B group of less difficulty,difficulty movement group serious imbalance.In the Fourteenth World Aerobics Championships the difficulty of the number of national team time distribution is more inclined to be balanced and Difficulty action scores generally improved,and the Chinese team chose the highest difficulty score.3.In the thirteenth World Aerobics Championships,the national teams have adopted the difficulty group C+A.In the Fourteenth World Championships,Italy,Hungary had adopted the two combination of difficulty.The Chinese team is only once and is at a disadvantage in terms of the number of difficulty combinations.4.In the two World Championships,the number of national team space conversion is not changed,the number of times up to 18 times.The number of operating units is relatively small for the Chinese choreographic team.The type of space conversion is too concentrated,the number of space conversion and moving routes has increased,but compared with the power gapis obvious.5.In the thirteenth World Championships,Romania two lifts adopted three types of action combination and the action is complex and innovative.In the Fourteenth World Championships,the Italy team and China team adapted twice compound lifts.Chinese team lifts lacked of action innovation,mainly by combining and twisting the flip.In the 14 th World Championships,China's complete sets of action had some innovation compared to the 13 th world championship.There is a certain gap between China and European athletes in artistic expression.
