The relationship between teachers and students in universities is the most basic relationship,which closely related to the development of students and universities.The normal students belong to a special kind of university students,they and their teachers' relationship not only affects the development of normal students and universities,but also affects the development of basic education in the future.However,there are some problems in the relationship between teachers and students in universities and the basic education,which brings disadvantageous influences to the whole educational field.Therefore,this article will discuss the students' understanding about the relationship between teachers and the normal students,and which will be benefit to build a good teacher-student relationship.This article will be divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the selected topic background and the reason,research purpose and meaning,involved in the research of core concept,the current situation of study in domestic and foreign countries,and research design.The second part is to analyze how the teachers and students in the university understand the relationship between teachers and students.It analyzes the whole situation of the teacher-student relationship in this university,and analyzes the students' gender,grade,discipline,and the level professional's liking,teachers' leading styles and how they influent the relationship between teachers and students.The third part is to analyze how the normal students in the university see the relationship between teachers and students.It studies the level of relationship between teachers and the normal students,and respectively analyzes the connections between independent variable(the different gender,professional,grade,education internship experience,different level of professional's liking,major studied and education courses)and dependent variable(the four dimensions of teacher-student relationship,include support,satisfaction,intimacy,and conflict),and discuss the normal students' view on the teacher-student relationship as well.The fourth part is to compare the normal students with the non-normal students' teacher-student relationship.This part compares the difference of the teacher-studentrelationship between the normal students and the non-normal students in the university on the whole and on the base of different gender and the level of professional's liking,and analyzes the factors that influent the students' view on teacher-student relationship.The fifth part is to discuss the findings.This part discusses the research results on the basis of referencing other research achievements.In other words,it respectively discusses the relationship between the students' gender,discipline type,the level of professional' liking,teachers' leading style and the teacher-student relationship.Moreover this part also discusses the relationship between teachers and the normal students based on the normal students' gender,professional,grade,education internship experience,the level of professional's liking as well as studying the education courses and it summarizes the article's research conclusions.The sixth part is the suggestions about building the relationship between teachers and the normal students.This part provides respectively the suggestions to build a better relationship between teachers and the normal students in the university from respects of the normal students,teachers and the universities.
