At present,the "mathematical problem solving" along with elementary education reform,has become the hot destination of the new curriculum education reform.In "the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011 edition)","problem solving" become one of the four goals of the compulsory education mathematics course.Train the ability of mathematical problem solving mathematical thinking can let students learn mathematical thinking experience,but also can develop the innovation and application.Mind mapping is Tony buzan invented a kind of visual graphics tools,is an effective tool of mathematics problem-solving teaching.In the process of mathematical problem solving,mind maps can be complicated mathematics knowledge,thinking process connected with lines,graphics,and so on,and effective thinking analysis,thus to achieve the most effective problem solving.This article on the research background,content,significance and research methods at the same time,on a large number of literature collection and sorting,reviews advances abroad mind mapping and mathematical problem solving ability,research and application status of mind mapping and define the concept of maths problem solving.To mind mapping in the main part of the paper,experimental research of cultivating the ability of junior middle school students mathematical problem solving,design research plan,analyze the data obtained,the final conclusion,and summarizes the whole experimental process.In combination with the practical situation of concrete,the use of mind mapping in middle school mathematics classroom,set up the experimental classes and that in comparative classes,on that in comparative classes and experimental classes before and after the test,the control variable,and the data obtained from the collection and analysis.The author thinks that,in the junior middle school mathematics classroom using mind mapping,is beneficial to cultivate the students' mathematical problem solving ability,develop the students' divergent thinking and innovation consciousness,to improve the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching.
