Analysis And Research On Nursing Undergraduate Training Program Of Hunan Independent College Under The Background Of Professional Certification

Objective:To further improve the nursing undergraduate education and teaching measures to improve the quality of nursing undergraduate education and teaching,through this study a reasonable analysis of our province independent college nursing undergraduate professional training program to provide relevant constructive comments.Methods:In this study,four independent training programs for nursing undergraduates in Hunan Province were selected by literature method and convenient sampling method.The four cultivation programs were numbered from(1)to(4),mainly from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum setting and teaching practice The text of the card,and then its rationality,the existence of the problem and the reasons for text analysis,put forward the corresponding recommendations and prospects.Results:1.Training objectives: 4 training programs in the independent institutions in the undergraduate nursing professional training objectives set on the neglect of nursing research and management of the training or lack of attention to nursing research and management,the emphasis on humanistic literacy training is not enough,Lack of system positioning2.Course settings: independent college nursing undergraduate curriculum is divided into public basic courses and professional skills courses two categories.4 training programs in the course of heavy theory,light practice,the proportion of imbalance;humanities and elective courses less time for students to choose the course is not much.3.Teaching practice: 4 training programs involved in the practice should comply with the provisions of the relevant pre-job training,but did not mention the specific content and requirements of practice assessment,the development of teaching practice on the details of the program is not in place.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the textbook of nursing undergraduate program in four independent colleges in Hunan,we can find out the reasons for the analysis of the problem and conclude that we should clearly cultivate the goal,explore the way of independent undergraduate development,adjust the professional setting,optimize the curriculum structure,construct the teaching practice System of conclusions.Only to develop in line with the actual situation of independent colleges and nursing professional characteristics of the talent training model,in order to truly protect the application of nursing professional quality of personnel training.
