Preschool education always pays closely attention to kids’healthy growth. With society progress and educational concept renovation, healthy growth evolved from simply physical to two aspects, physical and psychological, and both are given to equal attention. One of the important indicators to evaluate psychological health is good emotional management ability, which plays an important role in infant’s self cognitive, interpersonal communication etc. Toddler period is the foundation stage for people’s life-long development, during this stage infant grows rapidly both in physical and psychological, which also is critical period for infant emotional management ability improvement. Thus, cultivation of infant emotional management ability should be pay attention since toddler period, for good emotional management ability has significant influence both on self-cognition, interpersonal communication for toddler period and infant’s further development. But emotion has strong implicit and good emotional management ability needs learner’s strong individual experience and cognition, thinking, practice; While emotion’s above features has in common with experience learning, for experience learning emphasis on learning process, learners’ initiative and participatory. But how about the consequence when experience learning applied to infant emotional management? Thus this thesis mainly studies on how experience learning improves infant emotional management ability and it’s restrictive when applied to infant emotional management ability.This thesis mainly adopt survey methods, and on the basis of comprehensive analysis documents, apply specific methods, like, observation, conversation and case analysis etc to collect and analysis documents. The study shows:experience learning can not only help infant observe their own emotion but also observe others’emotion; help infant learn how to understand and analysis emotion; help infant to accept their own emotion and know how to express their emotions appropriately; at the meantime, express learning are more helpful to infant of using appropriate methods to express their own emotion.When experience learning applies to infant emotion management, improvement of infant emotion management will be restricted and influenced by many factors, and the specific experience can help infant better experience emotion; introspection observation and abstract summary can help infant better summarize the emotion management method; team studying is helpful for infant to better involved and express emotions and practice in daily life can help to strengthen infant emotion management ability. Due to experience learning features, difference among individual and teachers’ ability and team learning activities become main factors influence infant emotion management.This thesis studies the favorable and unfavorable factors for applying experience learning to infant emotion management, besides, make some suggestions on how to promote infant emotion management in order to help infant be master of their emotions and grow up healthy both in physical and psychological.
