Along with the increase of personnel training requirements from the country, curriculum reform puts forward some new educational philosophies, its core idea is student-centered, to follow the law of the psychological development of students, classroom teaching should be student-centered, teachers are the learning organizer, guide and collaborators. Thus all teaching activities should serve for effective learning, effective teaching is an important educational philosophy of the new curriculum reform and be highly recognized by high school teacherThe main way of learning mathematics is classroom teaching, and the study of effective teaching is to realize the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Currently teachers' concept of effective teaching blurred, high school mathematics teaching remains inefficient scenario:actual classroom is a teacher "teach" students "listen to", the students participate it is not high; some students study a negative attitude, not interested in mathematics and so on. So for the current situation of mathematics teaching, to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of mathematics teaching in high school, and to depart from these factors to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in high school mathematics need to be studied.The current study the effectiveness of mathematics teaching has become a hot research of mathematics teaching, mathematics teaching effectiveness define the concept, influencing factors, evaluation criteria, specifically to improve the strategy has made some of the results. But they did not properly reflect these characteristics to study mathematics, not a good fit to Mathematics Curriculum Reform. In order to better improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in high school mathematics, give some practical guidance to mathematics teacher about classroom teaching, on the basis of previous studies, using theoretical speculative methods, the author give some strategies to enhance the effectiveness of high school mathematics teaching from mathematics teachers teaching philosophy, instructional design, classroom teaching behavior 3 aspects, and by comparison to the same lesson by outstanding teaching cases and the actual cases, so as to check the reasonableness of strategy proposed in this paper.To enhance the effectiveness of mathematics teaching in High school, the strategies this paper are:(1) having an effective mathematics teaching philosophy, the courage to practice the new mathematics curriculum; (2) teaching carefully designed to protect students'understanding of learning, including: ? grasp big ideas and core concepts of mathematics, to seize the essence of mathematics content; ? emphasis on "learning situation analysis", and focus on students' cognitive development level;? attention to student initiative and interest, with good "import scenarios" policy adopted ? use "The problem approach" and grasp the principle--"initiative" and "step by step"; ? carefully designed each question, be aware of the class. (3) master teaching behavioral skills, create a challenging environment, including: ?effective classroom questioning attention to students thinking activities, guidance and good use of questioning strategies; ?teaching positive feedback to encourage the main, so that timely feedback, specific and detailed;? strengthen teacher-student interaction, causing students to think and judge; ? explain the language to do rigorous, logical, to help students sort out knowledge or thinking, summed up the importance of knowledge and do additional train capacity issues.
