Education is the foundation of the national prosper, the teacher is the source of the revitalization of education, the professional quality of the t is the teachers biggest challenge when faced the future education, so the improvement of teachers’ professional quality is one of eternal topics in the research field. The quality education has carried out for more than a decade in our country, which reached achievements while exposed many problems. The root is the whole teachers’ professional quality not high when we explore deeply. In recent years, the young teachers in middle school have been developed to be a group that can’t be ignored. However, from the current literature, the papers, periodicals, books is not much and The research is not deep in the study of the teachers’ professional quality when involved in the young teachers of the middle school as a subject, so it’s necessary to do research further in the young teachers’ professional attainment and promotion in middle school. On the basis of the reading the vast amount of literature and trainee for nearly a year in the middle school, Combined with the opinions and Suggestions of the experts and middle school teachers,the writer made questionnaire by herself and try to make an investigation into the current situation and the affecting factors from three dimensions:professional concepts, professional knowledge and professional abilities of the teacher in the middle school by the method of literature research, the method of the questionnaire survey,the method of the observation and the method of the content analysis. Based on the provisions in the teacher’s professional standards in pedagogy and psychology, the research tried to analysis the current situation and the questions existed in the young teachers’ professional abilities of middle school in our country and looking for promoting strategies of the young teachers’ professional quality in middle school.From the survey, the whole professional quality condition of the young teachers in middle school is good in our country, for example:their diploma level has reached the national requirement in the middle school teachers’ qualifications; respect students and establish equal and harmonious relationship with students; pay more attentions to the use of the teaching methods such as exploratory teaching and heuristic teaching under new curriculum concept. However, the author found four aspects of restricting factors that refer to the improvement of young teachers’ professional quality in middle school in the investigation below:part of the young teachers’developmental desire in middle schools is not strong and short of motivation in professional development; part of the young middle school teachers’ knowledge structure is not reasonable, especially lacking education knowledge education study methods, teaching knowledge and general knowledge; Most of the young middle school teachers have serious problems in professional ability, lack of class management ability and reflection habit can tell; the problems and loopholes in schools’organization, management and resource support also hindered the improvement of teachers’ professional quality in middle school.Aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward four aspects countermeasures for the following:first, build up the system of introduce and exit of young teachers in middle school; second, establish a sound training system of young teachers in middle school, taking the form of teacher and pupil pair such as "a master and several disciples "and "a disciple and several masters", enhance the pertinence and independent selectivity in the training, the trainings need to be batched and layered; third, strengthen the evaluation and management of teachers’work, such as perfecting the system of teacher evaluation, routine management of teachers need to be done well in addition and subtraction, regulating in the teachers preparing set of activities; fourth, strengthen support for teacher development, such as the support of reading environment and resources of education research.Through the study of this thesis, trying to achieve the following objectives:provide truthful feedbacks and practice basis for young teacher education reform in middle school, provide feasibility measures or Suggestions for the middle school in training high professional quality of young teachers, so as to promote the middle school teachers more confident, more planning, comprehensive development.
