With the development of science and technology, the change of learning style, innovation has become the new norm in the development of education, while the micro class is one of the products of the trend. With the rising of micro class, domestic and foreign competition have held micro lesson and actively carry out the construction of micro class resources. But, overall, the quality of educational resources in different ways, in particular, the number of resource-based education more but the quality was poor. At the same time, the type of micro lessons abound, but did not focus on the research at an angle, resulting in complicated status. In view of this, the paper will study the design of micro teaching from the perspective of basic education, hope to provide guidance for teachers to prepare teaching design and to promote the construction of micro lesson resource database and to promote the educational equity.The main work of this paper as follows:Analysising the current situation of research. Paper uses the literature analysis and theoretical analysis to analyze the current situation of micro teaching design, research the educational theory that support instructional design to provide a theoretical basis. At the same time, survey the problems that in the micro-design aspects of using written questionnaires that teachers teaching to discovering?analyzing problems and indicating the direction for the study. The survey finds that the education idea that teachers have is conservative and the teaching method is single and the process is simple and so on.Proposing a micro teaching mode of teaching process reengineering. In order to solve the problems that in the teaching design of teachers. Based on the subject and grade, the paper classifies the micro teaching mode of basic education. While breaking down the teaching process, assigning the learning task of each part, then reconstructing it to achieving the teaching process reengineering. In subject is divided into units: "Immersive teaching mode", "Problem focused teaching mode", "Teaching mode"; in grades units are divided into:"Simulation teaching mode", "Curiosity-driven teaching mode", "Reasoning inquiry teaching mode". Since the grade level classification is based on the subject, so this study focuses on the subject categories and introduces detail.Writing teaching cases to verify the rationality of the models. The teaching design based on the "antelope wood" as an example of writing a moving object model of empathy, the protagonist's thoughts and feelings as the micro teaching design to provides a template of the humanities; Takes the "Pythagorean theorem "as an example, expounds the relationship between the teaching stage in natural science and micro video and auxiliary resources; By solving the range of the independent variables of the "two functions" to describe the teaching method in the teaching of micro lesson. Using the three actual teaching cases to provide reference for the teaching modes to realize the combination of theory and practice.
