| Academic procrastination is a task that is not necessary to delay the learning task,and it brings a subjective sense of discomfort in the delay.The survey found that academic procrastination has become a more common phenomenon in college students.In view of this I college students’ academic procrastination related variables are studied,and discuss the effect of group intervention program to improve the status of College Students’ academic procrastination.This study used a questionnaire survey,empirical research methods,with 342 college students as the research object,to explore the relationship between College Students’ learning procrastination and time management disposition,academic self-efficacy,emotional regulation.Results showed that about 40% of the students are learning procrastination,the autonomous learning procrastination is the most serious;college students’ academic procrastination have significant difference in grade and student identity,in gender and majors no significant difference;the tendency of College Students’ academic procrastination behavior and college management,Academic Selfefficacy Sense and emotion regulation is significant negative correlation.This study to survey the as the basis for the design of college students learning procrastination group intervention programs,from the college student’s cognition,behavior and emotion three aspects of college students learning delay status to intervene,and through the experimental group and the control group the control and intervention of group scheme in evaluation.Through this study found that college students are more common academic procrastination,to complete their education and mental health produced adverse effects;group intervention program for the design of this study can significantly improve the college students’ academic procrastination and intervention after the end of the intervention effect with a persistent. |
