Teachers’ professional development is the focus and hotspot in the field of teacher education research.Until now,There are numerous studies on the professional development of teachers.To some extent,Researchs have been more based on the "workplace".And from the perspective of "individual life" to explore the professional development of teachers still need to be further in-depth.Moreover,in recent years,China’s government to adjust the statutory holidays,more and more leisure becomes an indispensable part of life for people.For the kindergarten teachers,the problem of leisure is not only the use of time,but also on the kindergarten teachers as "individual" existing values of reflection.Through the leisure and kindergarten teachers’ own value of thinking,promote kindergarten teachers to think about how to truly become free,happy people.Therefore,this paper attempts to think about the professional development of kindergarten teachers in order to understand the influence of kindergarten teachers’ leisure life on professional development,and then put forward suggestions to improve the professional development level of kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of leisure life.Of the professional sense of well-being,but also further highlights the meaning and value of the life of kindergarten teachers,promote kindergarten teachers to think about how to truly become happy,free,happy people.The author selecting 14 kindergartens of Guangzhou City,343 kindergarten teachers conducted a questionnaire survey.To understand the Guangzhou kindergarten teachers professional development and leisure life situation,Aiming at revealing the problems of kindergarten teachers’ leisure life and analyzing the main factors influencing the leisure life of kindergarten teachers,And put forward suggestions to improve the quality of leisure life of kindergarten teachers.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the origin of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the value and method of research,the definition of the basic concept and the research status at home and abroad;The second part of the kindergarten teachers through the professional development and leisure life of the investigation and analysis,Draw the following conclusion:Different kindergarten teachers in the professional development level have significant differences,And there are significant differences in the dimensions of professional knowledge,professional attitudes and professional competence.There are differences about age,titles and kindergartens of teachers leisure life;The leisure time,leisure attitude,leisure activities and leisure hindrances affect the influence of each component variable.The variables of leisure life affect the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Among them,the leisure time for teachers’ professional development has the greatest impact on the professional development of kindergarten teachers.The third part is based on the existing literature combing and research results,in order to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers leisure life,to enhance the professional development of teachers,from the social level,kindergarten level and erection teachers personal level of countermeasures and suggestions.The fourth part is the conclusion,put forward the kindergarten teachers in the leisure life to enhance the professional development of teachers a good prospect.
