A Study On The Present Situation And Educational Countermeasures Of The Leisure Life Of Xinjiang Class Preparatory Students

The academic field at home and abroad has already paid attention to the topic relating to leisure life and its education. From different research perspectives and levels, they have conducted numerous academic theories and practical research results. In the education fields, with the educatees at different stages as the research objects, scholars have conducted relevant investigations, in which primary and secondary students, college students and postgraduates are involved. However, there are fewer researches on the leisure life of minority students. In the paper, investigations are mainly conducted on the leisure life of preppy of Xinjiang minorities. As a result, educational countermeasures have been put forward through analysis so as to help them improve their leisure life quality, thus promoting the comprehensive development of the minority individuals. Besides, the research aims to provide assistance for the preparatory education management.Preppy of Xinjiang minorities is a branch of the minority student groups who come from Xinjiang regions with pooreducational resources. Due to the difference in region, culture, language, background and psychology, there is a gap between them and the average college students. Even in terms of the comparison with the national preppy from the institute of ethnic minority, there are still certain differences. Preppy of Xinjiang minorities usually receive the two-year preparatory education, during which period they have abundant leisure time. Then, how is exactly their quality of leisure life with such ample time? Are their cognition, planning & arrangement and activity selection appropriate? How is their inner feeling for the leisure life? Researches on these issues would be conducted based on not only the demand of the comprehensive development of preppies from Xinjiang minorities, but also the new requirements of preparatory education development of the universities for ethnic minority. As an important part of the ethnic higher education, preparatory education for the minorities is the first step for the preppy of minorities to accept the higher education in college. It can not only promote the ethnic higher education, but also accelerate the harmonious and stable development of the minority areas.The paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:Part one is the introduction, mainly including the raise of the problem (namely research origin and research significance), literature review, definition of the research related concepts, and the theoretical basis; at last, the paper introduces the research approach and research method.Part two is the empirical research. Preppy of Xinjiang minorities from School of Preparatory Education in Minzu University of China, along with the previous preppies having received the preparatory education are treated as the research objects; besides, investigation and analysis have been conducted on leisure life situation from four perspectives, namely the preppies’cognition for the leisure life, leisure time, leisure activities, and the evaluation as well as guidance for the leisure life,Part three relates to the further analysis on the existing problems in the leisure life of the preppies based on the current research results, while the reason has been analyzed from three aspects, namely the preppies themselves, family and school.Part four presents the education and guidance countermeasures aimed at improving the leisure life quality of the preppies from three aspects (the preppies themselves, family and school).
