A Study On Leisure Life Of Preschool Teachers

Life is a kind of elegant leisure state of "becoming a whole Person" and the main existing space for a person's personal and social development. For education can be regarded as an art of nurturing people, the internal training of teachers is fundamental. Then the spare is right the important space for teachers to upgrade their internal cultivation personality and spirit. Quality of leisure life is not only important for individual life of teachers, but also meaningful for the professional development of teachers. So author surveyed the 187 kindergarten teachers in Shanghai and analyze their characteristics,influencing factors of leisure life, then trying to give some suggestions on this basis.Full-text consists of six chapter:The first chapter expounds the core concept of "leisure"; reviews the leisure history and status abroad; explains the topics, objectives, significance, research methods, objects of this study etc.The second chapter concludes that leisure time has been diverted by work time to some extent, on surveying the distribution of daily time kindergarten teachers in Shanghai.The third chapter surveys and analysis the leisure life of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai; studies the main partner, leisure skills, impeding factors of kindergarten teachers when participating the leisure activities.Chapter four investigates leisure attitude of kindergarten teachers in Shanghai, including experiences, satisfaction, assessment of quality, values and so on.Chapter five presents the teachers'answers in the two open questionnaires. By the imagination of "Perfect Day" and "leisure island life", we are able to know more about their needs, preferences and values of leisure.Chapter VI sums up the former surveys and conclusions; then tries to find the reasons of the poor leisure life and makes recommendations accordingly.
