Knowledge learning and ability development has been a topic of debate in history. Under the background of the knowledge big bang, to improve students' ability is the most important goals of education teaching, knowledge teaching is the basic way and the only way in the development of ability. In the Chinese knowledge teaching, must try to achieve the goal of "go-getters high-energy" this positive balance.On the basis of learning the highest goal of the pursuit of knowledge ability, namely, with minimal knowledge to promote the development of students' capacity to play the core strength of knowledge. Knowledge teaching is the foundation education the main way, in the knowledge teaching in promoting the development of students' various aspects ability has become the consensus of most educators. Focus from Chinese knowledge teaching in regard to the teaching method of students' reading ability development issues. And from restricting teaching concept, the traditional teaching mode, teaching aspects of design errors and teaching practice and other analyzes the reasons.Finally, a series of problems exist in reality, based on the basic theory of the construction of the appropriate policy.
