Learning is one of the most important tasks for college student, professional learning is the most important part of College Students’ learning. At present, many studies have indicated that both students and people of all walks of life, engaged in burnout emotion for a long time, they will be unconsciously formed burnout. The contemporary college student learning burnout is a serious problem, student "learning" is lack of social supervision, Society generally worried about the quality of university education, our state attaches great importance to training quality of College Students. Therefore, the study is on learning burnout as the research problem.This study adopts the scale edited by Professor Rong in the "College Students’ learning burnout scale" and the "education undergraduate learning burnout factors questionnaire" edited by author, Y University of 400 students participated in the survey, through careful statistics and analysis of the 339 valid questionnaires, with depth interviews with eight interviewees, The main conclusions are as follows:The investigation of the undergraduates learning burnout is:students majored in Pedagogy generally show a certain degree of learning burnout; the burnout level of male and female students had little difference; junior’s performance of learning burnout are the most serious; learning burnout level and the source of students is not related; served as cadres of students’ learning burnout level is higher than that of normal students; The level of learning achievement and learning burnout is inversely related.From the analysis of the specific dimensions of learning burnout of male students in learning professional interest, willpower, endurance is higher than girls, while female students are higher than boys in the learning initiative, academic employment pressure; junior students feel the most pressure of learning; The students of the four grades are not interested in the professional education; rural students’ learning will, learning initiative and facing their employment pressure is higher than that of urban students, and urban students better in environmental adaptability than rural students; student cadres have more indomitable willpower learning initiative than ordinary students, but they also face greater pressure; The better academic performance, the letter employment pressure; the better academic performance, the greater of the learning initiative.In the view of the Y college students majored in Pedagogy, we proposed the recommendations:First, create a good learning atmosphere to overcome learning burnout, including students "active pursuit to sub environment"; the improvement of the software and hardware environment. Second, enhance the learning initiative to overcome learning burnout, including:to improve students’ professional identity; university teaching models. Third, learning to overcome difficulties to reduce learning burnout, to do:to improve students’ willpower; the rich community activities cultivate "whole person". Fourth, keep learning to overcome learning burnout, include: students do physical and mental adjustment; the importance of mental health education and service. Finally, need to master the correct way to learn to overcome the learning burnout, including:students to explore suitable learning methods; to strengthen the two aspects of academic guidance and service in Colleges and universities.
