Physical education is an important part of school education, and the implementation of physical education curriculum is to implement physical education and school sports teaching the important way To develop appropriate sports curriculum to improve students health Improve students physical fitness effect greatly promote college physical education curriculum mainly develop the students' comprehensive sports accomplishment, make students become DE wisdom body art, all-round development of talents To ensure the smooth implementation of physical education, the national school adopt compulsory measures to carry out with efficiency of physical education curriculum in order to keep the physical health of students at the same time, promote the formation of students' consciousness of lifetime sports, physical education is a long-term project curriculum implementation, its teaching effect is good or bad directly affect the realization of the objective of physical education curriculum At present, the domestic and foreign experts and scholars to the goal of the course content form management resource allocation evaluation, etcThis research in shaanxi normal university, school of ordinary college students, a total of 10 (5 male, five female) as the research object, using the method of documentation, expert interview method, experimental method and data processing method and other research methods, at 9:30 at about 10:30, hold-ticket,20:00-the three periods respectively in two mainly aerobic power and anaerobic power of PE course learning, sports course 12 times, in the order of course of random arrangement, each time period of the learning interval of 1 day, the day before each course not engage in any strenuous activity. Course selection of colleges sports curriculum content is given priority to, exercise load according to the arrangement of the percentage of the maximum heart rate quantitative subjects. Course learning process using Polar table were monitored heart rate, timely adjust the subjects exercise intensity, so that it is always achieve the bull's-eye rate level. Before class to test the subjects' heart rate, blood pressure, pulmonary ventilation, oxygen consumption, the amount of carbon dioxide exhaled indicators, when the exercise maximum heart rate, blood pressure, lung ventilation was carried out on the subjects, oxygen consumption, amount of exhaled carbon dioxide, as well as the subjective fatigue measurement, after the course of the subjects' heart rate, blood pressure, pulmonary ventilation, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide exhaled quantity measurement, through the test on the targets of three different time periods, to assess the teaching effect of physical education curriculum.The experimental results show that:(1) The characteristics of the human body each index before class:quiet condition of heart rate and systolic blood pressure was significant difference between morning and afternoon, and diastolic blood pressure difference, heart rate, blood pressure value during the lowest in the morning. Reaction levels of lung function amount of ventilation, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide exhaled in three time periods without significant difference (p>0.05), morning session ventilation, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide discharge under the lowest. (2) Choose the aerobic condition when the characteristics of the human body each index: movement with elevated heart rate, blood pressure (systolic pressure), and no obvious difference between in the afternoon, afternoon session of heart rate and blood pressure value is the lowest; Male college students under the same load amount of ventilation, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide exhaled show the time in the afternoon, the minimum physical phenomenon; The minimum value in the afternoon time of subjective fatigue and three time periods there were significant differences (p<0.05). The index characteristics of female college students:Pulmonary ventilation, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide exhaled volume and subjective fatigue showed the lowest in the morning session. (3) Choose anaerobic exercise state of male and female college students each index:the characteristics of heart rate significantly faster and blood pressure (systolic pressure) increased significantly, ventilation, oxygen consumption, increase with the increase of the discharge of carbon dioxide as the movement time, after the increase to a certain degree, the trend of decline, subjective fatigue degree deepening, but all show evening hours minimum.Conclusion:(1) The Xi'an Municipal ordinary university sports curriculum opening hours for the 8:00-12:00,14:30-18:00,19:30-21:00; physical education curriculum set up for basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, tennis, fitness exercise, sports dance, yoga, dance, cheerleading, Wushu, taekwondo, swimming.(2) The experimental results show that the female college students in the 8:00-12:00 are beneficial to the teaching of aerobic and anaerobic energy supply, and the 19:30-21:00 is beneficial to the teaching of anaerobic energy supply. Male college students in the 14:30-18:00 and 19:30-21:00 are most conducive to the teaching of aerobic exercise program;(3) This paper set the options for the ordinary university sports curriculum: 8:00-12:00 technology in learning new technology peak, is conducive to learning and mastering complex technology, so the arrangement of skill oriented fixed combination of multiple movements of the project, mainly including aerobics, sports dance, Tai Chi, martial arts, Yuga, La; 14:30-18:00 is in the peak of physical fitness, is conducive to the rapid development of physical fitness, so arrange physical leading class single action structure, mainly including running, swimming; 19:30-21:00 is sensitive, coordination of the peak, is conducive to higher sensitivity and coordination of the project, so the arrangement of skill oriented combinations of multiple movements of the project, including basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, tennis, table tennis.(4) Optional curriculum is set up in the ideal state, because of the number of teachers, teachers, students, the number of students, the course arrangement system and other factors, it is difficult to set up the college physical education curriculum. Therefore, it is expected that the curriculum arrangement in the university can be set according to the choice of the theory in the range of the allowable range.
