Summary:Since the 1980 s,China's colleges and universities to implement a series of socialization reform,social reform logistical also expand this context,the construction of new university logistics support system is one of the ultimate goals of the reform.New College logistical support system is the implementation of market allocation of school resources logistics systems and logistics supply system of social services.It is based on "market services,schools choose the government macro-control,self-discipline industry standards,regulatory functions" as the basic framework.Its purpose is to change the school system,improve operating efficiency;its implementation path for the realization of university logistics market-oriented and open-oriented,regulate and optimize the allocation of resources to provide services through the market;it's fundamental task is to achieve sustained and stable development of China's Higher Education.Based on the previous studies and combing college logistics reform policies of our country,based on the research role of government functions in the new logistics system construction of colleges and universities in order to provide a theoretical basis for the administrative functions of the role of government in the new logistics system construction of University.In this paper,using literature,comparative analysis and system analysis and
