Research On The Government Functions In The Employment Of University Graduates In Jiangsu Province

The scale of Chinese higher education is growing increasingly, since colleges enlarged the expansion in 1999. As national training senior professionals and the main force of social new technology and new ideas, students promote social progress and play the key role in the development of culture. However, China is still in the primary stage of socialism. More and more difficulties, whose reason is very complex, appear in college students' employment. It will promote the development of higher education and guide economic development better, while government solves the problem of employment. The employment of college students is a big problem in China, as well as a super challenge in the world. Jiangsu Province is a big education and economic province. The number of graduates has increased year by year, with most of the students of Jiangsu membership graduation employment coming back from other provinces and a large number of graduates from other provinces coming to the major cities of Jiangsu Province to find job opportunities. Financial Crisis invades the province of the real economy and disrupt the job market, etc, resulting in the difficulties of the employment situation. Therefore, it is necessary to study of operating mechanism of government functions in the employment of the college students.First, we draw the basic situation of the province the number of college graduates, professional distribution and employment rate through access to information. Through questionnaires, interviews and other forms, we investigate the employment intentions, factors affecting employment, different professional employment destination and other aspects of the employment status of graduating students. Secondly, the qualitative analysis of these results, the employment situation and the existing problems were analyzed and summarized and emphasizing the government need to take policy measures to improve the employment status of the province of university graduates. Then, describe the entire history of changes in employment policies of the students studied three important historical stage of development, followed by a detailed study of the implementation of the employment policy of our province college students, and point out the effect and shortcomings. After that, drawing on the success of foreign students' employment policies of major developed countries and concluded that the requirements of its government functions, respectively, from the promotion of demand, supply, supply and demand by matching three angles summed up the success of foreign policy and support the major developed countries, and from the three angle inspiration.
