Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of School Service Community Sports In Wuhou District, Chengdu

As an important part of national fitness, community sports has been seriously hampered from meeting the growing demands of public sports, due to the lack of sports facilities and funds, the lack of professional sports guidance and due to the fact that organization and management system are not perfect and so on. In order to solve this problem, the government has set a series of policies and demands comprehensive utilization of various social resources to make up for community sports activities. As an important part of the community, schools have the obligation to participate in the community sports.This study is based on the current situation of the school service community sports in Wuhou District, Chengdu. Using literature review, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, 22 large, medium and elementary school sports resources, school for community sports facilities, counseling,activities, organization management, information publicity have been investigated and analyzed. According to analysis, the Wuhou District school service community sports has following problems:(1) Service organization is lack of effective organization and management and it need to be refined;(2) The school sports field is not fully open and the utilization rate is low;(3) Development of school sports talents is not enough. Sports guidance are quite in short;(4) The participate of the school organizers is also very low;(5) the lack of school sports publicity; teachers' participation rate is low;(6) Sports funds are in shortage, while community sports are costly;(7) the lack of government supervision; Policy basis and relevant legal support.Finally, the following counter measures are put forward to improve the status and solve the problems of Wuhou District:(1) strengthen government dominant position,establish and refine the supervision and management mechanism of the school community sports service;(2) set specialized agencies, establish and improve school services;(3) establish the long-term mechanism of human resources of the school community sports service;(4) strengthen the service consciousness of school, increase the intensity of school opening to the public;(5) increase financial subsidies, increase the input of funds in the process of school service;(6) enhance publicities of school serving, emphasize the awareness of national fitness;(7) establish security management system during school opening, clarify responsibility during the school opening;(8)Stimulate the vitality of market, establish schools, community sports industrial chain.
