Study On Residente' Satisfaction Of Community Public Sports Service In Beilin District Of Xi'an

Public sports have always been an important part of China's sports system.And in today's service-oriented society,it is of particular importance in enhancing the national health,upgrading the populace's cultivation,advancing the people's satisfaction with the government's public services and improving people's health as well as well-quality of life.Carrying out community public sports service is necessary for achieving the objective of our national sports and effectively furthering the people's interests,so the study on residents' satisfaction in urban community public sports is investigated and the current situation of public sports service supply in urban communities is analyzed so as to establish a sound public sports service system,thus improving public sports service level which will be significant for upturn living quality.This research takes the Beilin District of Xi'an as an example to explore the content structure of community public sports service,the status quo of satisfaction and the demographic factors influencing the service satisfaction through the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)This study is aimed at the overall satisfaction of community residents in Beilin District of Xi'an,and investigation and analysis are implemented from six dimensions including supply of public sports facilities,supply of public sports organizations,supply of public sports information,supply of public sports activities,supply of social sports instructors,supply of physical fitness,etc.The survey results show that for the residents of the Beilin District,Xi'an City,the overall satisfaction of public sports services presented a moderate level and among the evaluations,"general" is the most,followed by "dissatisfied",mainly in the public sports facilities services,service management system,physical monitoring services and so on.(2)From the basic characteristics of demography,combined with single factor analysis of variance,the results,as per the difference between residents' satisfaction,show that gender and income don't dramatically affect the satisfaction of community public sports service respectively while the difference of education degree has obvious significance to the satisfaction of public sports service.(3)The factors influencing low prevalence of satisfaction mainly include following aspects: the number of public sports facilities in the community is insufficient and is also severely damaged,and sites are occupied;the community public sports service system is not complete and the management is not standardized;the community public sports service organization is not perfect;community lack physical monitoring services.
