Since the reform and opening up, China's economic has the developed rapidly, the living standards and health consciousness of urban residents increased gradually. However, intense competition, enormous social life and work pressure and so on, make people facing more and more health problems. With the national fitness campaign launched, people are gradually realized to maintain or improve the physical condition through a variety of physical activities, to enrich our leisure life, joyful body and mind. According to the survey, badminton learn its own unique, entertaining, systemic and other features favored by many participants in many sports and leisure projects, and become one of the people's favorite leisure fitness.Chengdu is one of developed cities in China's southwestern, in recent years, the economic and cultural level of Chengdu increases rapidly, and the cause of national fitness has also been developed vigorously, badminton, as one of the popular public projects, attracting more and more residents participate in it, the number of venues and badminton clubs increase rapidly, and the consumption levels of badminton keep on rising, to join badminton has become a kind of fashion, while the hot launched of badminton has promoted the development of the economy of Chengdu.This article uses literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics to investigate the badminton players that in the badminton club, and using the spss17.0 to analysis the date. The conclusions of the analysis are as follows:1. In Chengdu the badminton launches more ideally, badminton participants' exercise enthusiasm is high, and health awareness is strong, exercise motivation is diverse.2. The way of badminton participants to acquire the consumer information is diverse, the levels of badminton participants' consumption is medium to high, consumption type of badminton participants' is focus on substance-consumption, then participatory-consumption is followed by, the badminton participants who make the ornamental badminton consumption are little and the level of consumption is low.3. The consuming behaviors of the participants who have the different exercise motivation are different. The participants who have health motivation, fun motivation and fun-health motivation are focus on participatory-consumption and attached to substance-consumption and ornamental-consumption. The participants who have ability motivation, social motivation, appearance motivation, health-social motivation, fun-ability motivation, skills-appearance-social motivation are focus on substance-consumption and attached to participatory-consumption substance-consumption and ornamental-consumption.
