When preschool teachers evaluation of children in daily, they will pay attention to use positive verbal behaviors and nonverbal behaviors on children’s value judgments, in order to simulate children’s behavior to right direction. This is the evaluation function, but also the teachers hope. But in the actual teaching process, does teachers positive evaluation play a really incentive effect? Are children’s behaviors for the better? In this regard, the author attempts to reference the existing research, evaluation of the incentive effect is topic of research, collect and analyze the data of teachers’ positive evaluation, the positive evaluation behaviors into incentive evaluation behaviors. And to make concrete recommendations, we hope to make some contribution to the research of kindergarten teachers’ encourage evaluation behaviors.The study is based on the teachers’ daily evaluation, starting from scientific inquiry activity, using interviews, observation, action research and other research methods to collect an analyze the teachers’ positive evaluate behaviors. It concluded that the incentive effects of preschool teachers’ positive evaluation behaviors are undesirable, the existence of vague language, emotional coldness, lack of motivational climate issues. And then we transform the teachers’ positive evaluation, and do test to the effect of the conversion results. The results are evaluation of behaviors of teachers are effectively transformed, there were significant differences between the data in the experimental group and the control group; there were significant differences between the corresponding behaviors of inquiry before an after the conversion, evaluate the performance of teachers transformed corresponding to the children to explore the behavior better. |
