Teachers are the key power to promote the development of education business. At present, China's fundamental education is carrying on an unprecedented reform.As the main body to manage the curriculum revolution, teachers' ability will badly influence the development of education. In order to improve the quality of teachers, various educational units have been conducting extensive exploration, and have summed up many teacher training modes. The regional top-teacher training mode, as a brand new form of teacher training, plays a great role in promoting the regional teachers' professional development and the healthy development of regional education. This paper aims to dissect the current situation, realistic value, operational mechanism, the existing problems and the pushing strategies of the regional teacher training, so as to put forward some suggestions for the healthy development of regional teacher training.At first, the paper introduces the social background and the research value of the regional top-teacher training, and theoretically teases the current situation and the various modes of the regional top-teacher training, such as “the subject leading type” “heterogeneous form for the same subject” “collaborative team type” “academic type of network” “colleges training type ”. Additionally, the paper expounds the value of regional top-teacher training advantages: it benefits to developing new ways of teacher training so as to make up the limitation of school training; forming teacher teams to overcome the plight of teachers' individual development and improving the actual effect by approaching teachers' true life. Then the paper puts forward the ideal goal and the operating mechanism of the regional top-teacher training based on investigation and survey. On the one hand, this part defines the developing direction of the regional top-teacher training; on the other hand, this part concludes the current problems of teacher training mode including that the training target is often fuzzy, the training content is not always targeted, the training ways is too single and out of fashion, the training evaluation lacks developing consideration, and the training teachers are not very professional. In the end, on the basis of analyzing the problems above, the paper puts forward some effective strategies of the regional top-teacher training, which core point is that successful top-teacher training should be coincident with teachers' developing needs which is gained by comprehensive investigation.
