Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the educational circles put forward the slogan of the quality education.The function and role of education are quite different from the previous, especially the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior middle school is more prominentin the function of moral education. The training of students’ correct valueshas become an important task of the Ideological and political course. And cultivation of the emotion, attitude and values is inseparable from the learning of basic knowledge and basic theory about ideological and political course. Under the background of new curriculum reform, to guide the students to improve their learning ability, to cultivate their emotion, attitude and values in the process of learning basic knowledge and basic theory. The teacher need to have a clear understanding ofthe key problems and difficult problems, and can solve the problems in teaching the Ideological and political course.Under the background of new curriculum reform, the paper analyzed the key problems and difficult problems of Ideological and political course, and puts forward the strategies for solving the problems of high school ideological and political in senior middle school, drawing on previous research results, combined with myself teaching practice.This paper mainly discusses from four aspects:The first part of this paper discusses the definition and determination basis of key problems and difficult problems ofideological and political coursein senior middle. Teaching emphasis is the most basic and the most important content in the teaching content, and teachingemphasis of Ideological and political coursein senior middleis often the most basic concepts and basic ideas.Teaching difficulty is not easy to understand the knowledge for the students or is not easy to explain the point of knowledge for the teacher.The teaching difficultyis identified from the teaching objectives, teaching content, syllabus, and the actual situation of the students and so on. The teaching difficulties are identified mainly from textbooks and teaching reference books and the actual situation of the students.In order to strengthen the understanding of teaching emphasis and teaching difficulty, the paper described the relationship betweenteaching emphasis and teaching difficulty ofideological and political coursein senior middle. There are differences and links between teaching emphasis and teaching difficulties. The difference is mainly reflected inthe nature, the status and the role of teaching emphasis and teaching difficulties. There are mutual effects between the teaching emphasis and teaching difficulties. The solving of teaching emphasis is contributed to break teaching difficulties. And the breakthroughs of teaching difficulties are help to solve the teaching difficulties.In the second part, the paper expounds the necessity and significance of solving the key problems and difficult problems in the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school.In theteaching practice of Ideological and political course in senior high school, there are still many teachers ignore thinkingthe teaching emphasis and difficulty, which is not good for the effect of classroom teaching. In fact, to solve the key problems and difficult problems in the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school is necessary.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, especially under the guidance of the idea of quality education, great changes have happened in Ideological and political class in high school. In the context of the new curriculum, it is very necessary and important to study the key problems and difficult problems of ideological and political lesson in the high school. First of all, it is beneficial to improve the efficiency and qualityof classroom teaching. Secondly, it is beneficial to reduce the burden of students’ learning. Finally, it is beneficial to improve the teaching level of teachers.The third part discusses the solution to the key problems and difficult problems in the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school. Based on the previous research results, combined with my own teaching experience, this paper summarizes the four aspects of the solution. Firstly, the teacher must follow the instruction of teaching objectives. The teaching objective is the soul of the teaching process, which plays a dominant role in the whole teaching process. The solution of the key problems and difficult problems must be guided by the teaching goal. Secondly, the creation of the teaching situation should focus on the main issues. Under the background of new curriculum reform, theteaching of ideological and political lesson in high schoolmust have the aid of the scientific and reasonable teaching situation, and effective teaching situation should be based on the key issues of teaching. Thirdly, the problem should be designed with a gradient and to highlight a theme. Classroom of Ideological and political course in high school is inseparable from the effective design which must highlight the theme around the key problems and difficult problems of the course and must be in line with the characteristics of students to accept knowledge. Fourthly, the breakthrough of the teaching difficulties should be learned to change the complexity for the simple, and turn abstract into Concrete. The breakthrough of teaching difficulties must grasp a basic principle which is turning difficult to easy, should find ways to guide the students to understand the difficult knowledge easily in order to breakthrough teaching difficulties.The fourth part shows the cases of solution to the key problems and difficult problems in the teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school.First of all, based on the learning and observing the teaching behavior of peer teachers, learning from the successful experience of others, the paper shows a good case. Then the paper choose asuccessful teaching cases of myself, showing my own exploration in the teaching practice.
