| Affected by the continuous sublimation of global economic integration process, the political, cultural and so on various aspects of communication are increasingly frequent as well. In the face of the current challenges and opportunities, if we want to make the Chinese nation among the peoples of the world, we must enhance our competitiveness and comprehensive national power, realize the dream of prosperity. And the meaning of "Chinese Dream" proposed by president Xi, is to rejuvenate the nation. Current college students are the main force for realizing the Chinese Dream of Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation. However, college students affected by the current Chinese and western cultural conflict, and the establishment of Ideal and Faith in the cultural conflicts facing a great challenge. Therefore, in horizon of "Chinese dream", the research of college students’ Ideal and Faith education is imminent.This article examines the meaning of ideal, faith, ideal & faith, ideal & faith education, and "Chinese Dream"; By analyzing the dialectical relationship between "Chinese Dream" and ideal & faith, we get the main contents of College Students’ ideal & faith education and its significance under "Chinese Dream" Horizon.Through the network anonymous questionnaires, we obtained the current status of ideal & faith of college students; we pointed out the problems of college students’ ideal & faith based on survey data; and analyzed the causes of problems, and proposed the Strategies.In the fourth part, the author based on the "Chinese dream" horizon, the basic principles of college students’ ideal faith education, discusses how to in the "Chinese dream" horizon, college students’ ideal & faith education countermeasure research:First, in order to lead the thought as the foundation, give full play to the role of main channel of "ideological and political theory course" and the function of party organization; Second, with an emphasis on innovation practice, and actively carry out the construction of campus culture and social practice activities, and actively open up new network platform; Third, to optimize the environment as the breakthrough point, create a good campus environment, create a harmonious social environment; Forth, guaranteed with the improvement of educators’ quality, integrate "Chinese dream "into actual practice of college students’ ideal & faith education with southwest petroleum university(oil & gas engineering college)as exemplified. |
