Inquiry teaching is refers to the teacher in the teaching, to the problem as the carrier, through to explore the creation of scenarios, guiding students to take similar to scientific inquiry way take the initiative to acquire knowledge, apply knowledge, to solve the problem of a comprehensive, exploratory, learning and teaching activity.As of twenty-first Century a new round of basic education curriculum reform advocated by way of teaching, inquiry teaching mode to meet the social demand for innovative talents in a certain extent, to adapt to the needs of students' individual development, its importance in the teaching of history has become increasingly prominent.It can not only improve the students' interest in learning, develop students' creative thinking, and to improve the teaching ability of teachers. How to explore the effective teaching methods in the application of history teaching in middle school, is a valuable research topic.In this paper, combined with the practice of history teaching in middle school, this paper discusses the related theories and methods of inquiry teaching in middle school history teaching. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, it consists of the following four parts:The first chapter is the theoretical basis of the inquiry teaching mode in middle school history teaching.Based on the interpretation of related concepts and combs, expounds the inquiry teaching mode and the psychology and pedagogy foundation.In the second chapter, the significance of applying the inquiry teaching in history teaching in middle school. From the development of teachers and students grow two dimensions expand, interpretation of inquiry teaching method in terms of promoting teachers' development, improve the history students interest in learning, the development of students' creative thinking.The third chapter is the principle of the application of inquiry teaching method in middle school history teaching, and combined with the specific cases, summed up the four basic principles of scientific nature, autonomy, openness, problem and so on.The fourth chapter is the application of inquiry teaching method in middle school history teaching.This is the core content of this article, including the research as the main line, clear historical inquiry teaching objectives; based on the historical record, the creation of historical inquiry situations; in the classroom activities as a means to create a democratic atmosphere to explore three aspects.
