Writing has always been a tough issue in Chinese teaching in high school. Students are puzzled in Chinese writing, Chinese teachers are also confused about how to teach writing and there is also some confusion in writing field. People can't help rethinking what's wrong with our Chinese teaching and how to change the situation in teaching inefficiency. Based on confusion and difficulties existing in the high school writing teaching, the essay is to explore suitable teaching methods and measures of teachers' demonstration writing to improve the quality of high school writing under the background of new curriculum. First we will make a comprehensive discussion from the perspective of the theory for the demonstration writing.Then from imitation learning theory, the theory of the zone of proximal development, and the assimilation theory it is concluded that teachers' cooperating demonstration writing is the road of high school students writing. So combined with our school's characteristic resources of a few teachers' being good at writing and the teaching situation, we construct teachers' cooperating demonstration writing community. This essay has made a rational analysis and summary to the teachers' demonstration writing achievements from the specific implementation steps and it has also carried on the beneficial exploration to writing teaching. We attempt to develop school-based curriculum of teachers' cooperating demonstration writing, form teachers' effective cooperation demonstration community, make full use of the complementary advantages of the Chinese teachers' resources in our school, arouse the enthusiasm of the students' writing and comprehensively construct students how to write. It's aimed at improving their writing levels by cooperating among teachers, among teachers and students and among students in the inquiry learning. The teaching practice is committed to improving students' comprehensive Chinese ability, opens up a new road to teachers' professional development and adds a new chapter to characteristic teaching in our school.Teachers' cooperating demonstration writing teaching not only carries on the Chinese tradition of writing teaching, but also it is the starting point of innovation. Teachers' cooperating demonstration writing teaching can be regarded as a useful exploration of the contemporary high school writing teaching.
