Demonstration classes are a special type of teaching research, which plays a very important role in teaching. With steady progress in new curriculum reform, the importance of demonstration classes is overemphasized, thus the phenomenon of various alienations in terms of teaching contents, teaching modes and teaching assessments.To solve problems of this sort, the teacher shall adjust his/her own mentality by giving plain and unadorned demonstration classes, while leaders concerned shall not show undue concern, and evaluators shall hold valid criteria. Therefore, on the basis of three principles of'being people oriented, equality in dialogue and scientific explanations', the following 5 aspects are to be attempted: to place the first focus on students'development; to study and internalize ideas about the new curriculum; to determine appropriately on the types of demonstration classes; to assure teaching contents and teaching modes; to handle properly the relation between predetermination and product.
