With the development of the new curriculum reform, the present situation of the junior high school language reading teaching has been plaguing the Chinese teachers working at the frontline. They are thinking hard and trying to change this situation which is not consistent with the new curriculum standard.This paper is based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and with the love of education career, we need to be responsible for the students and Chinese language education. I am thinking to explore this subject deeply, and I have finished a questionnaire survey in our school and interviewed the teachers and some students to get more useful information. According to my own work experiences and teaching cases, now I'll specifically expound my own attempt and idea in the following four aspects:First, study deeply the theory of Chinese reading teaching. Second, grasp the junior middle school Chinese reading teaching thoroughly, and guide students to get into the text. Third, strengthen the language teachers' own literary cultivation, and make them really have the ability to be the guide and lead students to get into the text. Fourth, extensively use resources you can get to carry out practical activities actively, and create a strong atmosphere.Hope this article can attract the attention of the Chinese teachers who have been confused by the teaching of reading, and I am looking forward to exchanging views. Lastly, I hope all the teachers can read more books to improve their literary cultivation. Only in this way, can we lead more students to love reading, and the teaching of our Chinese reading have a better future.
