Current researches about teaching models on primary and secondary school teachers are mainly focus on state domain. The problem about dynamic generative of teaching model on primary and secondary school teachers has been ignored. View to this, taking three middle school teachers as cases who are individual-based generative teaching model and school-based generative teaching model, this paper aims to investigate how do their teaching model generative and what factors affect them and how to affect by literature, observation, interview, case analysis, questionnaire survey, and document analysis.Chapter one of this paper analyses the background and significance of this study and introduces the process and approaches of this research.Chapter two expatiated upon the theories of generative significance, generative principle, generative method, generative process and factors about generative teaching model on primary and secondary school teachers.Chapter three and chapter four is the key part of this paper. Chapter three mainly analyses three cases, which introduces three teachers and background of their working school first, then depict and analyses the generative process of teaching model of three teachers, finally compare three cases. Chapter four, according to the investigation of three cases, borrowing field theory and habitus theory of P. Bourdieu, analyses factors of which affect generative teaching model of primary and secondary school teachers including school field, teachers'individual habitus, professional development ability and feedback of students.The last chapter is the part of conclusion and discussion. On the basis of describing and analyzing the teaching model generative process of three cases, this paper finds out the process of teaching model generative is a dynamic and circulating process. The factors which affect generative of teaching model on primary and secondary school teachers include school field, teachers'individual habitus and professional development ability, guiding of specialist and feedback of students. According to the investigation of the three cases, some suggestions are given to improve generative of teaching model on primary and secondary school teachers:(l)promoting curriculum development and teacher professional development;(2)establishing specialist-guiding long-effect system;(2)arranging reasonable time and workload. At last, the shortage of this paper and some advises for further study were mentioned.
