Research On Emergency Management Of Expressway Emergency

In recent years,China’s highway traffic has been developing rapidly,and the frequency of emergency accidents has risen.The emergency management of highway emergency is not only related to the normal operation of the highway,but also how to reduce the casualties and property damage caused by sudden accidents.Therefore,in recent years,emergency management of emergency highway accidents has been highly valued by various departments,and it is urgent and necessary to constantly improve the emergency response and guarantee ability of the highway system.Taking the emergency management system of Qingdao expressway as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the emergency management of emergency highway accidents in China.This paper analyzes the concept connotation and theoretical basis of emergency management.The organization framework and operation mechanism,main practice and effect of the emergency management system of Qingdao expressway are expounded in detail.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of emergency management system of highway emergency in Qingdao.Compared with the successful experience of emergency management in developed countries such as USA,Germany and Japan,as well as related practices of Chongqing,Jinan and Binzhou,etc.Found that Qingdao expressway emergency management in the process of system construction and field rescue still has certain problem,main reason is management chaos,each department division of labor is unknown and rescue facilities supply does not reach the designated position,etc.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of Qingdao city highway,improving emergency management system and strengthen the emergency rescue facilities equipped with two aspects,put forward a sound system of Qingdao city expressway emergency management system,the construction for the traffic police brigade command center of aid agencies,strengthening the expressway emergency management resources and strengthen the highway emergency prevention and so on a series of countermeasures and Suggestions.Hope to Qingdao expressway emergency management system reform,to provide theoretical reference and improve the capacity to make Qingdao highway further improve the work of emergency management.
