Research On Emergency Management Of Highway Emergency In Zhaotong City

At present,the domestic highway emergencies,to a great extent,affect China’s highway maintenance,operation and management,cause harm to people’s life,is a special risk factor.How to scientific response to increasing highway emergencies,to carry out emergency management activities effectively,to prevent possible highway emergencies,to cope with existing or potential highway emergency occur,to resolve various contradictions.It is urgent to solve the major problems,which have practical significance for the future development of the highway industry.The author based on the current situation of emergency management in Zhaotong highway department,analyzes the emergency response mechanism and relevant links of the highway emergency incident.Interviewing method and documentary research have been adopted.Clearly defines the relevant definitions and concepts,and outlines the basic theories underlying this relationship.Based on the present situation of the highway emergency management in Zhaotong,on two aspects of emergency response mechanism — information monitoring and early warning mechanism,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of emergency management situation in Zhaotong highway bureau,summarizes the significant local characteristics of the field,and point out the main problems,which effect the further development and promotionof the highway industry..Solutions to the problems include the promotion and deepening of social members’ understanding and awareness of the emergency management,the establishment of emergency response mechanism,enhance the comprehensive ability of emergency management,use the intelligent system of science and technology to solve the main problems in establishment of emergency management mechanism.On this basis,the author studies the relevant departments in this city,aims to offer recommendations and coping strategies,with hoping to the results of this study play an active role in guiding the field of practice,in preventing highway incidents,in reducing economic losses,in effectively maintaining the normal social order,in maintaining social stability and development.
