The NPC Deputies Constitute A Problem Study

As the fundamental political system of China,the system of people's congress not only to reflect the people's democratic of the national nature,but also to achieve the effect of the system as the role of state organs for the development of the country,only this can provide a strong institutional support for the development of the country.in order to reflect the representative and broadness of the people's congress,there is a demand for the representatives in the people's congress.The purpose of this paper is to explore the rationality of the arrangement of presentatives in the people's congress,and discuss whether this should continue to adhere or make adjustments.in this article,we will elaborate from the four aspects,the theoretical origin,development context,sample analysis and realistic dilemma,at the end of this paper finally draw the conclusion that the composition should be retained but should be adjusted appropriately.The first chapter mainly analyzes the rights and obiligations of the representatives in people's congress according to legal texts,analyzes the concepts of the representatives,at the same time from the discourse of the Marxist classic writers and the relevant laws and documents to find the theoretical origin.The second chapter analyzes the development of the representatives from the perspective of historical development,aim to clarify the development context,the paper will divide the historical development of the representative structure into the exploration stage and the improvement stage,the forming stage,the frustration stage and the improvement stage.through to analyze characteristics and similarities,indicating that the presentative sturcture is form in the history.The third chapter is to analyze data about the representative of the national people's congress,it will analyze the composition of the representatives in order to represent several basic attributes:identity,age,education,gender and ethnicity.finding the different in different periods,and then make a brief analysis of the factors that affect their changes.The fourth chater focuses on the plight of the arrangement of the presentatives structure.which is questioned from the constituent arrangement there is no direct connection between the presentatives and presentatives structure,and effected on electoral justice,both of those should be face.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,clearly stated thatthis arrangement should be retained but should be adjusted.the representative structure has closely related to the form of our country,the programme maybe this,to change the "identity" attribute classification,followed by the protection of ethnic minorities,women,the proportion of the PLA representatives should reduce but the magnitude should not be too large.
