Xishuangbanna State Federation Of Industry And Commerce Participated In The Study Of Social Governance Issues

In the decision on the major issues of comprehensively deepening reform,issued in 2013,the design of political,economic and other aspects has been designed,and the concept of social governance theory has been implanted.The fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee held in 2015 also joined the public opinion on building and sharing social governance.The concept of social governance is more emphasis on "process" and "diversity","harmony" and "interactive","unary model" changed the past,the government’s response to the social affairs "overnight," the inertia of thinking and acting.Federation of industry and commerce that Joe was born in China’s political and economic system reform and development needs,people’s organization and chamber of commerce organizations with Chinese characteristics,with its in such aspects as politics,economy and organization’s advantage,in assisting the government transfer function to the society,activate the chamber of commerce,coordinate relationship between government,market,chamber of commerce,private enterprises play an important role in aspects such as,become a very important in the social management pattern,not the body of the missing member.In this paper,on the theory of governance theory,new public service theory,combined with the practice of federation of industry and commerce to participate in social governance,xishuangbanna,using literature study,observation method and historical analysis,federation of industry and commerce to participate in social governance,xishuangbanna,excavated the problems and obstacles in the process,and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures to solve the problem.Xishuangbanna,this research to further clarify the function of management system in the local society,industry,and promote frontier minority areas in yunnan province,people’s organization and chamber of commerce and industry,and private enterprises effectively with active attitude to participate in social governance,such as yunnan,xishuangbanna,to enhance the frontier minority areas of the public service quality,build sharing and to build the structure of social governance provides the reference.
