Research On WeiFang HanTing District Federation Of Industry And Commerce’s Participation In Social Management

With the further Reform and Opening, China’s economic structure and social structure have had profound changes, which brings more complicated social benefits pattern and more various social contradictions. How to strengthen social construction and social management has become an important task of the Party and government. At the same time, research on this issue also attracts more and more attentions of contemporary public management. Which strengthen and make innovations in social construction and social management not only needs governments to play a dominant role, but also needs active participation of more social organizations and citizens.As a united front nature mass organization and the folk chamber commerce led by the Communist Party of China, the Federation of Industry and Commerce itself is a kind of non-governmental organizations, an important social support of state power, and the bridge and link relates the Party and government with the non-public ownership system economical public figures. It is the assistant that helps the government manage and serve the non-public ownership system economy. Research on the Federation of Industry and Commerce’s function in social management, is of positive significance for improving social management pattern, enhancing resultant force of social management, inspiring its influence and vigor and so on. Therefore, for the Federation of Industry and Commerce, how to give full play to its own advantages and functions in social management is not only a subject that deserves studying, but also an important way to better adapt to social development and further enhance the cohesive force.This paper,in the perspective of Federation of Industry and Commerce positioned as an NGO with the functions of dual representation, uses the methods of literature research, comprehensive analysis and questionnaire to research this question. Paper’s Framework: Chapter Ⅰ is the introduction, mainly about the background and the significance of topic selection, domestic and overseas’ viewpoints on this field. Chapter Ⅱ is to analyze theories involved and advantages of the Federation of Industry and Commerce’s participation in social management, so as to provide the theoretical and practical basis for research. Chapter Ⅲ analyzes the current condition of WeiFang HanTing District Federation of Industry and Commerce’s participation in social management, including the ways, the dilemma facing and its causes. Chapter IV, according to the current situation of WeiFang HanTing District Federation of Industry and Commerce, puts forward some suggestions on strengthening its participation in social management.The innovations of this paper is that:firstly, it analyzes the theories involved of the Federation of Industry and Commerce’s participation in social management; secondly, it summarizes the three ways of WeiFang HanTing District Federation of Industry and Commerce’s participation in social management:the field of public policy-participation from the source, the field of livelihoods-participation by guiding and the field of chamber of commerce-participation by service.
