Since the reform and opening up,China's politics,economy,culture and other aspects have undergone changes in turn the world upside down,economic and social affairs related to the management of increasing,more and more complex,leading to administrative work environment is deteriorating and complex,pressure and make public administration subject of civil servants faces more.It is not only related to the health of the civil servants and the quality of the public service,but also to the level of the government's work and the shaping of the government's image.Based on the corresponding research and analysis of the work pressure of civil servants,this paper comes to the relevant influence of civil servants' work pressure on job performance,and then puts forward relevant suggestions.Based on relevant theories and a large number of scholars' research,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of consulting and studying a lot of related literature.The Respondents involved civil servants in Xiangyun County of Dali Prefecture,mainly giving out 137 electronic questionnaires to target groups.The questionnaire is divided into four parts.The first part mainly set the gender age education and political affiliation,seniority,salary level;the second part is the work pressure dimension;the third part of the main aspects of job performance dimensions;the fourth part relates to other aspects of a total of 33 questions.The answer to each question is "non conforming,most of which does not conform to,partially conform to,most conform to,fully conform to".The scores of 1,2,3,4 and 5 are respectively given to quantify statistics.The magnitude of their value is directly proportional to working pressure and work performance,and 500 is the maximum value.It is reasonable and effective to determine the dimension and relevance of the self-made questionnaire.The issuance and investigation of the questionnaire are true and effective.The theory based on the research conclusion on the combination of Civil Servants Personal Characteristics in our country has constructed the corresponding research model,refer to the relevant literature and research results,the questionnaire based on the conclusion,put forward ten hypotheses on the constructed model,respectively,were reviewed and analyzed the relationship between positive and negative work pressure dimension,performance dimensions,work pressure and work performance and work stress and work performance of the surface pressure etc..Through the research and analysis of the research model,the overall working pressure of the civil servants is relatively high.There are two top stressors,which are the pressure of the work itself and the pressure of the operation environment and mechanism of the organization,followed by the positive pressure and negative pressure of working pressure.Positive pressure plays a positive role in working performance;negative pressure plays a negative and even hindrance to work performance.The paper puts forward seven suggestions according to the conclusion: one is the clear responsibilities of civil servants;the two is to improve the civil service remuneration;three is to establish the harmonious atmosphere of the organization;four is the individual work stress management;five is the establishment of health plan;the six is to build a fair employment mechanism;seven is the establishment of staff visits system.
