influential in higher education,universities,and college students,so that we must re-examine our management model of the university and make corresponding changes.Over the past 30 years,we have made many reforms to the higher education management system,but in a sense,even the management reform of that university has finally formed a model of a once and for all,or a common understanding.It seems that the reform of university management has become a normal field in the higher education field.The general explanation of the failure of university management reform is that the reform design does not match the reality of the university itself,and the collision between different institutional logic within the university creates chaos,omission and vicious competition.The management reform package may be designed badly,and reform intentions may conflict with each other.The design and promotion of the reform plan,the University of the interests of the main,the various members of the lack of in-depth understanding or choose to turn a blind eye and so on.Therefore,we can say that the most pressing problem in the current university reform is to deal with the widening gap between
