| The education accreditation and counter-accreditation movement of the teachers and students in Qingdao after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War is an important historical event in the recaptured areas during the Liberation War period.The major players in this event are the central policy makers of Kuomintang,Qingdao local authorities,primary and secondary school teaching and administrative staffs and students,and the main political opponent of the Kuomintang——the Communist Party of China.In fact,what role they acted,what the relationship between each other,why education accreditation deviated from the Kuomintang government’s original intention,and how the final results were,and so on.Because in a way these problems above are related to the course of the history,so it is necessary to investigate.Sticking to the historical context,this article tries to draw the outline of the whole process of this specific event in detail.This paper includes five parts:The first is an introduction,including the significance of the topic,the research status,relevant historical materials and research methods.In chapter one,the author introduces the launch and implementation of the Kuomintang government education accreditation in Qingdao from three aspects:the constitution and promulgation of the education accreditation,the education situation in Qingdao before and after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,the implementation of the education accreditation in Qingdao.The second chapter is about the counter-accreditation movement of the teachers and students in Qingdao,mainly related to the inception,climax,end of the movement,and the bankruptcy of the Kuomintang government education accreditation in Qingdao,emphatically discussing the reasons,process and results of the counter-accreditation movement.The third chapter specifically discusses the role definition of the CPC from the angle of the CPC itself and the others in this event,including the general situation of the Chinese communist party’s organization in Qingdao,status of the CPC during the whole process,and the problems the party faced in student work.The last part is the conclusion on the basis of the previous.In this part,the author displays the historical position that has layed the foundation of the formation of "the second front",and been a historical node of the political infighting of the counter-accreditation movement by combing the education accreditation and counter-accreditation movement of the teachers and students in Qingdao,and investigating the failure and success of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China. |
